General Vehicle and Equipment Terms & Conditions

1. The auctioneers have made every efforrt to correctly and consicentiously describe every vehicle and piece of equipment included in this sale. However, there descriptions are meant only as a guide and all buyers should inspect and examine the vehicles and equipment to their own satisfaction. No sale shall be canceled or invalidated by reason of defect of inaccuracy of the ltos, by reason of being incorrectly descripbed in the catalogue or announced by the auctioneer and no liability shall be borne by the owners of the auctioneers in the respect of any defect or error.
2. We do not inspect these units prior to sale and all bidders and buyers must inspect the vehicles and eqipment to their own satisfation before bidding. All vehicles are sold without warrantee or guarantee, either expressed or implied, on an "as is - where is basis" - with all defects! and lie at the purchasers risk immediately. At no time shall any claim be allowed against the owners of the auctioneer with regard to any or all defects.
3. All vehicles are sold free and clear of any liens.
4. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times. Some units are sold subject to approval, please listen for all the conditions on each unit. In all cases the decision of the auctioneer is final. The highest bidder, as accepted by the auctioneer, is the purchaser and no purchaser shall revoke or retract his/her bid. All sales are final!!!
5. A minimum $500.00 cash or Visa, M/C non-refundable or transferable deposit is required on each vehicle or unit purchased, or as directed by the auctioneer. This deposit is forfeited if purchase is not complete in the allotted time.
6. $50.00 Handling and Transfer Fee is applicable on each licensed vehicle or trailer. It is the buyer's responsibility to supply the correct drivers license, dealer or RIN #'s at time of payment.
7. All vehicles & equipment must be paid in 48 hours, by 4:00 p.m. Monday!!! All payments by cash, certified cheque, bank draft, Interac or bank transfer.
8. Any or all safety certificates are strictly between the buyer and the seller. Safety certificates do not cover engine, transmission and other non-safety related items.
9. All used vehicles need work for safety certificates and or mechanical fitness and all bidders must inspect the units and vehicles to their own satisfaction before bidding!!!
10. Any or all vehicles that are to be registered in Toronto, Regions of Peel, York, Hamilton-Wentworth and Durham, requires the purchaser to obtain, at his/her expense, a Clean Air certificate in order to obtain plates for the vehicle.
11. Both GST & PST are applicable on all units, for all buyers except those with all the proper numbers!!!
12. Watch for moving vehicles! You are on these premises at your own risk!!!
13. Any piece of equipment or vehicle that is tampered with, will not be sold!
14. All natural gas and portable propane tanks are property of the supplier.
